I see that the following story settings have been erased from all of my Unpublished Stories and that I cannot change or save them:

Category

Maturity Level

Difficulty Level

I still have the dropdown box to select ratings, but they erase out again if I try to save the settings...

Other settings seem unaffected (such as Tags, for example)

I think this is by design. These get set at publishing time.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure I've seen my settings in there before they 'disappeared'. Though it's possible (I guess) that I could have failed to notice them missing day-after-day for the last six months straight... 

As it doesn't really effect anything until publishing though, I won't worry about it until I get to that point
