Do we have to go through the big huge mega procedure to get sound on?  Like wouldn't it be cool to be a medieval game with sound of a battle going on?

Did you see the Feature for Music? I think you could put "battle sounds" as a song for a particular page.

You may have to create a tab as well in the My Stuff for uploading because it doesnt fit under my pics, keep that in mind.

use html for this. go into the source and include the music within the doc.

<embed src="filename.mid" autostart="true" loop="true" border="0" width="0" height="0">

.mid can be subsitituted for .wav. autostart will, obviously autostart the music, put loop=false if you do not want the music to loop. keep border, width and height at zero. If you want a play/pause button. 16x16 height and width SHOULD work.

That's cool, and it should work. However, note that it will change on each time a link is clicked.

The #1 thing preventing this feature from coming around is the need for a music library. I'd like to have a library of a few 100 MIDI before beginning .. I just need to partner with a site that has such things and licence from them.

Not really just invovles coordination. I need to get a hold of Free MIDI Libarries and ask to licence their content. I would immagine that they would be OK with it so long as I just propvide a link back like, "MIDI providied by FreeMIDI.com" or something.
