This feature was rejected 6/5/2014: Posting on the forums is in effect, tagging the whole site. This is too easily taken advantage of and I can't think of a situation where it WOULDN'T be used to spam.

I know since today, you managed to create a tagging system, but what about an at all tag which responds to everyone online at that moment

It's a small site and anyway the forums are tiny.
