I think it is obvious what it is. Just add "Story game of the month" On the home page. 

The person who has written the story game of the month could receive a small point bonus. (15-20 sounds reasonable.)

It is a minor thing but, it could also promote better stories on the site.

That SOUNDS interesting, but I doubt it'll be put in. (But then again, I could be wrong.) It depends. I mean, we already have two top 5's on the home page.

Well, our site is pretty jacked up with crappy games that poison it. But there are a few dozen that are actually decent. So I don't think this will be possible :/
