as of right now, when you use an item it takes you to whatever page you specify. however, your variables stay the same. this needs to be updated. for instance,

you have a variable "$"

you use lottery ticket it not only takes you to the "You win $500" but it should also allow you to change your variable to show that change. the only way to do this right now is to have the item take you to a page, then use that page to take you to another page where the variables can be changed to show the effects of the item. this can be updated i think.

I once suggested an idea like this but it got shot down. It was about item types.

i did see those suggestions that you made, and i almost didnt post this one because of those. however, i felt there was a slight difference and therefore, i posted this. if you feel ive copied your idea, i apologize. wasnt my intention. however, i feel that the variables should be affected by items as well as links.

He he, I was just pointing out a small fact. I have always wanted this to happen also. It would make my day easier. That, and making it so that you can choose to make a varible with text!
