Possibly you can make another forum that is on this site,but is also for Newbies,like it could say new members click here on the homepage. when they do they'll talk to other newbies,and soon possibly you can let everyone else Write to the newbies on the forums. You can also let Mod's Delete bad stuff they wrie too.

Umm... isn't one newbie forum enough?
