This feature was completed 11/3/2022: I blocked Ogre and the air has never been fresher. Wonder what he wrote here. Hopefully nothing important

I request a block button for the forums so people can attempt to block other people. However, when pressed it should automatically dock 100 points and show this message:

If this really became a thing I'd love it though, it'd be so much easier convincing noobs to say, block Ford, then it is to make them tag Endmaster three times. That one almost never works anymore.

I mean, once this is built, you could have different functions depending on who the user attempts to block...
