Read very active post first.

In every catagory, there is a drop down box at the top with every game in that catagory, every user can mark one game by selecting it in the dropdown box.  A member must be deemed at least active and must be at least one month old to select.  If one game is chosen twenty times it is deemed as MUSTBEFEATURED and is put on the featured page. 

NO!  Think of the flaws.  Find another way to do that.  Anyone can make 20 quest acounts and have them go on 3 times in a row and then say FEATURE THIS.  Not a good idea.

Why dont you think of the flaws.

At this point we prefer having features be picked by the Founders ...

The TOP STORIES category is for the most popular. Maybe the TOP RATED could be expanded to include one in each category, but I'm not sure about that either.
