Spoiler blackouts

Whenever someone says some spoilers, the best they can do to let others know about it is to put:

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD

Then put all their spoilers afterwards. And perhaps they might add:

SPOILERS OVER

I am suggesting that you implement something like what discord has, where you can have text blacked out unless someone clicks on it. This would make it so that people don't inadvertently spoil things for themselves, and it's unobtrusive.

Wow. Um.

I feel like a normal-sized line saying "Hey there'll be some spoilers if you keep looking at this" or even just "-spoilers-" works just fine for anyone who can read. Or sometimes that's not necessary, because it's clear by the topic of the thread that reading something will be potentially subjecting oneself to spoilers.

I did overdo it, and you do have a point. Although I do still think it might be handy for other uses as well, like a reveal-the-picture thing (not a good example, I know), or...

Actually, the more I think about it, the more it doesn't make sense to use it for anything other than for avoiding spoilers, so feel free to reject it.
