9: Van Damme, his martial arts deserve praise, but his acting on the other hand isn't worth damn, or a Van Damme in this situation.

8: Hugh Grant, One word sums this actor up: insipid. I am simply baffled by his popularity. He is a weak, dull, uninteresting man. You can be sure that if he were out with a lady and got mugged, he would hide behind her.

Who else do you think should be put on this list?

Ben Affleck Daredevil, George Clooney Batman, Chris O'Donnell Dick Grayson. Van Damme is a bad actor, but he can be pretty funny.

Hugh Grant is popular? Maybe in the 90s I guess, but after his hooker incident I can't think of anything of note that he's played in. 

Van Damme's "peak" was probably Time Cop though I'd let him slide a bit since he's primarily in mindless action films anyway so he doesn't need to be the best actor. (Though it's funny he considers himself one)

I have to believe someone like Pauly Shore or Tom Green would rank pretty damn high in the worst actor category though I'd hesitate to use the word actor to describe them anyway. Hell, I'd hesitate to use the word comedian to describe either as well. Rob Schneider might be on that list too.

Unfunny "comedians" typically make really bad movies.

I think you're talking about Noah Ringer. Let's also not forget about Orlando Bloom. Orlando Bloom is a man of extremes. He is extremely popular when it comes to looks, and extremely bad when it comes to acting. Having said that – I do feel a little sorry for him – it must have been hard on him to be upstaged by trees in the Lord of the Rings.

I enjoy Orlando Bloom as a actor, and if you want to consider him a bad actor you cannot consider him a extremely bad actor.

I am relatively baffled that no one has said Keanu Reeves. I suppose I was under the impression he was an emotionless twat. 

Bill and Ted 1&2 were hilarious 

The protagonist from "The man from earth" but that's probably cause the move was horrible.
