How do I add a custom item picture? and add a health bar?

You go to Mystuff, then there's a link on the sidebar to pictures, and then there's a button for uploading new pictures. And then you can up them in your game. I think.

No idea about the health bar aside from the need of variables.

You need to learn scripting in order to add a health bar. ^_^

I made one in an earlier game (unfinished game) by having 10 different health bar pictures and using page text scripts

I don't have nor need health bars in my game. It's like something like this.
