Wouldn't it be cool to have The page decide what Items are found instead of the item deciding what page to be found on.  If you dont want multiple Items then have it so that an Item cant be found unless it hasn't been found already.

wow, i understood that! for real, and JJJ has a good point, a page will display an item only if A) it hasnt been found already, and B) if you have specified this "page" to find the item.

If I understand, this is to say, you would also be able to pick which items show on the page by EDITING a page?

yes, ON the page, you select an item that will appear on it. So i have Page 1. I open up the editor and edit this page, a drop down menu holds all your "items" and you select items that will be "Found" on this page.

I found a gun on page: Found a gun. Then I go to a page called IF YOU DONT HAVE A GUN YET. It will only show the gun if you don't have it with you. Is that what you are trying to say. Nobody would make it so that you could spend time getting something and then give it for free.

That last comment was only for my example, not the idea. There would probably be better ways for this to work like when we have a battle system there might be a rare drop that only comes once from battling a monster.
