My Stuff > Messages > Send a New Message. Or click the 'send message' link in a profile. You've been here for months, at some point take some time to click around.

The titles are automatic. Also, why are you creeping on my profile?

You just go to someone’s profile and click “send message” and you’ll get the option to write a PM to them. (Like Mizal)

You can’t add a subtitle to your account, it changes all by itself based on how many points you have. Get more points and you get a different title.
