Note that this is the same idea as here http://myadventuregame.com/forums/message.aspx?MessageId=2688 However, as I requested, these are a different set of rankings, and I like them much better. We are a writing site, so the Rankings should be based on that.

I'd replace Nobody with Reader, which indicates no published stories (regardless of points).

Thoughts anyone?

I think your status is wherever you were highest so if yo uspent it, you would not go down.  Its like, you are wherever yo uwere highest.

About your levels, I like some of it!  But I think they should be like this maybe?

Level 0  -  Guest
Level 1   - Reader
Level 2   - Apprentice Scrivener   (feel free to substitute "scribe," they mean the same thing)
Level 3   - Apprentice Wordsmith
Level 4   - Dramatist
Level 5   - Novelist
Level 6   - Journeyman Scrivener
Level 7   - Journeyman Wordsmith
Level 8  - Master Scrivenneth
Level 9  -  Master Wordsmith
Level 10 - Grandmaster of the Written Word

I just dont see how an apprentice Wordsmith outranks a master scribe?! Imagine spending twenty years to become a master of your trade, just to be outranked by a snotty teen?!
