Hello again everyone.
I want to create a new story game to learn how to work with variables and scripting, but it doesn't get past the name selection stage.
Also, even though I have activated the advanced editor, the simple editor still loads for me.

Make sure you delete the tab for the page, save changes after changing to the advanced editor, then if that doesn't work, save the storygame/chapter to reload all pages and update them. Then it should work.

Also, it has to be both advanced variables and advanced scripts, make sure you're using both.

And if the title is already taken but your dead set on using it, just add punctuation and it should work. Makes it a little more dramatic. Like instead of just 'I'm a Fag', it's 'I'm a Fag!'. See?

You don't need to go to the trouble of editing just to add a simple, repetitive insult.

Are you using a title that's already been taken?

Once the game has actually been created, you need to look up top for the Chapters/Pages tab.
