Hi, I'm just wondering what the finished count means in the ratings box. Like it says "played 38 times (finished 3)." I thought it meant that only three people have finished the game, but there are 4 people who have rated it and to get to the ratings screen you need to get to an ending. So what does the "finished" counter represent?
Perhaps it's "completed every path, gotten every ending" type of thing? People who have completed the entire game? I'm unsure, you'll have to ask some like @alexp if you wanted that knowledge. Perhaps Killa or BZ might know too.

I believe it's "clicked an end game link", which then allows rating.
Keep in mind, stats take up to an hour (or maybe 30 minutes, or 15?) to recompute. Anyway, there's a time delay.
