So, I feel this is the kind of N00b question that justifies putting here. I'm working on a new game, and I accidentally published it for a few minutes a while back. Does that mean when I finally publish this new storygame it won't come up in New Storygames because it's been published, and if so is there some way to change that?

Nope, it won't come up in the New Storygame section.

The only way I can think of putting it back to New Storygames is to remake the entire game in a new storygame.

Yes; only solution is to make a new storygame for it and put it together again.
