I think that was what you were asking. But if you're asking about changing sizes, use this. Make sure the height and width are proportional or it'll look very weird :P

Another alternative is to use Lunapic or any other resizing thing.

You'll most likely have to reduce the file size of whatever gif you may be planning on using.
