7 - even better than Reeses' Cups®

What's the deal with this rating, exactly? Reeses' Cups aren't even that good... and what if you have a peanut allergy?

Is it universally agreed that they're delicious on this website, or did alexp just really enjoy them when he made the rating system?

This is a serious question.

I'm English where we have far superior chocolate to Americans - all hail the mighty Cadburys - and even I think Reeses Cups are tasty. cheeky

Charleston Chew are the best candy.

Just checked what that is, kind of reminds me of Boost or Twirl.

Egh, Boost?! That's like discount Twix. A friend of mine got some from her cousin in britain once and I wasn't too fond of it.

Twirl's good though.

Crunchie and Daily Milk are my favorites. Daily Milk is good old fashioned milky chocolate and Crunchie is honey combed with a chocolate layer. Galaxy and Minstrels too.

Oh my god Crunchies are SO GOOD. There was only one of them in the box my friend's cousin sent over so we had to share. cheeky

Galaxy just tasted like a Milky Way. It was meh.

Lol, you sound like me when my American cousin sent us a jar of American melted fudge for Christmas and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD. Glad you agree though.

The only American chocolate we get here are M&M's, really.

Shitpost.

But it's a serious question. Why does it mention Reeses Cups in specific?

No one really minds the blurb that comes with a rating.

except that one argument we all had about how "4 - slightly more fun than homework" is the middle rating but sounds kind of bad - which causes most people to give 5/8 when a story is average because the blurb at the end is less condescending.

Alexp built a million websites with his bare hands and makes hobby money by putting up ads, and allegedly facotred in an entire cross-country caper into his wedding proposal. His homework tolerance must've been pretty high, if he didn't enjoy it.

I believe they are all references.

To what though?

Rating 7/8

We should change it to:

7 - even better than Coins' Mom®

Rating 7/8

... I don't get that reference, either, but at least it's better than a Reeses Cup.

I dislike peanut butter.

Coins' mom is a type of peanut butter cup and not a reference to "# @Coins" or the various "ur mom" jokes that came out of it a while back :^)

Then it's still gross. I don't like peanut butter cups.

Have you ever considered the possibility that you might be a filthy, blasted heathen? :D

Rating 7/8

NU! You want to know something that's delicious? Cookie butter; now that's the shit.

That's like saying "Jehovah can suck my distended asshole, but this 'Jesus' guy is the best!" You're still a filthy blasted heathen, but now you're also a revolting heretic.

I thought we already covered this! I'm a disgusting penguin-furry heathen, not a penguin!

I second this notion.
