Can you guys tell me if you can not show variables on certain pages? I just don't want the variables in my game to show on 5 pages, but shown on the rest of the game. Plus, I don't want to have to put, maybe scripting or whatever, on every page to show the variables. I only want to know if I can not show variables on a few pages.

I think I saw a certain topic opposite of this, so please stop the yelling about, you should use search and stuff. Because I did try search, but it went all slow and I had to exit the window out and go back to MAG again. So, I couldn't search.

I just realize I didn't read the articles for scripting and other things. Sorry for this, I'll get reading right away and see if there is a solution or not.

Hey, I just learned this about a month ago. It's awesome and it doesn't involve scripting. It'll involve a bit of effort though, maybe a bit of copying and pasting too.

Let's just say this variable is health. If you want it to show up on the page, type in %%HEALTH%% where you want the variable to go. This will only show the number. If you want the game to say "Health is 58" or something when the variable is 58, then simply type:

Health is %%HEALTH%%

And it'll show up. Good thing about this, you can put it wherever you want it to go. You'll have to do it on every page that you want it to show up on though.

There is other variable tweaks, like Hidden Text (where you make words only show when a variable is at a certain point). I'm trying to find out all of them, I made a post on this in the Advanced Editor forum. Hopefully solostrike or alexp or somebody who knows all this sort of stuff will be able to tell us some more Script-Free-Variable-Tweaks.

Im as skilled as anyone at non scripting variable "tweaks" but scripting is also my downfall.

now lest say ur health is at 58 and u have a page like this:

 

You eat your food
%%HEALTH%%

It will show up as

You eat your food
58

You want to do this:

You eat your food
Health is %%HEALTH%%

then youll get

You eat your food
Health is 58

Good try October, you know that helping people is a big step to becoming a mod.  You could get there one day especially with Havvy gone. (P-p-p-p-p-praise the lord ahahah kiddding),
