Help with Video

I'm trying to add a video or two to my story to spice it up a bit. I have the video that I want to add on my computer in WMV format, but I can't quite decipher how to put it in my story a la the movie games. Any help, please?

in order to insert movies into a story game on here, you would need Alex's help. its very time consuming and would require a lot of work.

Oh, erm, well, maybe I can make do. Thank you for your help, this certainly explains a thing or two. It's not too much of a loss, since it was just a few easter eggs anyway.
