Had to bring the subject back, because I forgot how much I loved playing with this the other day. And then I realized that EVERYONE should be reminded how awesome this shit is! Just type "beepbox.co/" into your url bar and enjoy the magic!

I made this after a few tries and careful comparisons on youtube. Bits of the improvised parts sound suspiciously like something out of megaman, but that's not what I was trying to imitate. The blue bars should sound sorta-kinda familiar unless you're an uncultured swine! you don't watch that many old kung-fu movies. And I'll award bonus frijoles to whoever knows what that's from!

I saved my own creation from a few months ago and kept it until someone mentioned it again...

That's about as pleasant as watching the scalping scene  from Bone Tomahawk  with a five-year-old's take on Frozen laid over top of it, while having a popsicle stick shoved into one's eye. 

I'd argue that hearing Frozen in any way would kind of detract from the atmosphere that made the scalping scene so uncomfortable to begin with...

See, the key to trippiness is "Not too much cacophony... And maybe more than one bar repeating itself.".

That's why I'm the mothafucking king of trippy 8-bit music.

Nope. I mean, unless you really hate 8-bit sounds/I'm worse at music than I thought. I have done it on mobile before, though, and it bites all the ass in the world. I thought it was just because my tiny phone couldn't handle that shit, but it must be a mobile thing.

Guess I'll look at it later when I have a valid opinion.
