As we all know, customer service is a cesspool full of retards, karens, and other people who could probably make someone with down syndrome look stable. I worked in customer service for the entirety of time that I've held a job and I've seen some crazy shit. Everything from a lady walking in with practically nothing on to someone getting a bagel thrown at them. Sure, we've all heard this BS before but I'm curious: What is the craziest thing a customer (whether you were the employee or just a passerby) has done that you've seen?
