It's available on Netflix. Any fans of the show? Did you guys watch any episodes of Season 2? What did you think?

I've never had Netflix, but @Gower and @hetero_malk have both mentioned the show. I assume thoughts are associated with that.

I've watched season 1. It's a really good show, definitely one of my favourites. I haven't seen any of season 2 yet but I definitely will watch it at some point.

Who's your favorite character. Mine is probably Vi

its so hard to decide. I love both jinx, Caitlin and vi. If i were to pick any to be friends, id have to pick vi though (she could protect me). I was most engaged with jinxs and viktors story in the show though. Overall viktor is my favourite to watch, hes a genius scientist who due to his over ambition slowly loses his humanity. In terms of lore he seems a bit more important than the others too. I mean his entire goal is to literally turn all humans into machines to "transcend our limitations". While vi and jinx are kind of a bit more gridlocked to zaun and piltover.

huh, that's really interesting. For me, I was extremely interested in the story between the 2 sisters. I guess I viewed Jayce and Viktor's adventures as merely setting up the stage for the conflict between Vi and Jinx because now there are actually powerful weapons powered by the hex tech. But now that you mention it, Viktor seems a lot more interesting. I think I need to give a rewatch so that I might enjoy Viktor's storyline more because the first time around, I was primarily interested in Jinx vs Vi and how a larger scale conflict is being set up between zaun and piltover that peaks at the climax where Jinx fires at the council right as they are voting to let Zaun be independent

I enjoyed it animation is insane the only gripe I had though is that there is a lot going on all at once. As someone who already knows a ton of league lore it's not a problem for me but I can definitely see the average audience getting a little lost.

I was really surprised when they picked jinx and vi or just zaun in general to be the starting point to the league cinematic universe. I thought the likely pick would be ryze, since as far as I'm aware he's the one most closest to 'the main character' lore wise.  But I've been very pleasantly surprised this far so, seems they made the right decision.

For non league players or lore readers, in the main lore vi and jinx aren't really that central to the league universe lore, so for many for them to be the ones to get their own show was surprising.

There's whole as cataclysmic demons in this world. Massive wars and conquerors and ancient wizards defending space and time itself but vi and jinx got their own show who play a much more minor role in the grand scheme of things.

I heard that arcane is ending the stories of piltover and Zaun but other cities will be explored in more Runeterra series

For me, your gripe is a strength. I love shows that pack in a shit ton of events all happening at once. I used to be frustrated with sitcoms like the Office where in some episodes not only is very little done to advance the plot but also with really annoying characters like Andy. Not to say there aren't great episodes, it's a fantastic tv show, just that there's a lot of filler. That was one of the strengths of the original British one, it's short and to the point, with a lot more biting and dry humor.

Getting back to arcane, arcane is only 2 seasons long. They don't unecessarily drag the story, and a lot happens. I don't think you are entirely accurate about the average audience getting lost, speaking from the perspective of a non-league player, I was able to keep track of everything pretty well because they presented it well and did a good job. There's clear story arcs and progression, and the characters are fleshed out, so nothing that happened made me confused or hard to follow.

Yeah, i think the ones id be most interested in would be a bildgewater version next, instead of zaun, where we follow miss fortune, graves, gangplank, and pyke and maybe twisted fate? that one would be really good. Theres a lot of potential for a Demacia vs Noxus series too.

Yeah that would be really interesting, because I really want to see more stories about Runeterra. I'm really curious about this world after seeing a small glimpse of it through Arcane
