I am going to write a Racing storygame . But i have less ideas to create it . How it will ?....:/

Post these kind of messages in the writing workshop. 

Maybe you could do a little research on racing first, then continue on from there.

Have a side thing going on in addition to the race - like a murder or something... or someone trying to sabotage your car...
