Hello all.  I've been working on teis new game -- entitled the tower.  You know when you get that feeling, where you just know your going to finish this one?  Well I have that, and Ive proven I can finish a game so you can believe me ;).  I'm on chapter three of about 12.  Its at 120 pages and 250 links.  Should be a good game, really focuses on description.  For more about it PM me.  I'l keep you posted.

Description

Gaile is a young man, living in the outskirts.  His father is a wealthy merchant in Sanctum.  He plans on setting out to see his father, but many things turn up and his adventure goes rotten.  Fight orcs, hunt, travel over mountains, bargain with a Realtor, navigate through gigantic cities, evade massive tribes of wandering cannibals, combat shadows and destroy the tower -- pillar of evil.  All here in the Tower.

Nice! You should see how completely insane my story has become. I'm at like 200+ pages with like 400 links. Each page, though, is pretty frigging long. Now I've added a combat system and unique skills and stats and it's just getting crazy. Seriously. Crazy.

I dunno about that. What I think is cool may not be what everyone else does, plus I haven't seen anyone's finished products. I'll just be happy when we all get crazy stories out. Can't wait till yours is done so I can play it for real.

A horde of meese can be heard stampeding towards a large house. However, as they get nearly to the front door, the still reverberating sound of "FOOL" carries across the wind to their ears. Mistaking the word as meant for their master, they ignore the secret word and abruptly turn, intent upon demolishing madglee's home.

Hello, I'm writing this from a smoking laptop with shredded garments. My house is but rubble, now. The meese are .. sigh, I don't know where they are, not that it matters. My only pleasure is that the Orcs were all bribed, and I can only hope a horde of scorpions are presently attaching themself to your face. :P

Oh the scorpians are here. Only my brave hero Mattias is combattign them.  He wont hold forever. Od course you dont know where the meese are, they're on their way back to kill those vile scorpians.

Surprisingly enough, it has the same name as the story that you and madglee are co-authoring. Do this through PM's maybe if nobody else is allowed to post on it?

that had nothing to do with the story it was jsut a mini battle between me and madglee.

Sounds good so far. Does it have any continuous loops? I'm pretty sure it doesn't but just in case. If there's that many links..

I dont think there are any, not from the parts ive tested.  I do a chapter then test it, so about 25 pages aer untested.

That's smart. I don't get far enough into games to check them thoroughly. The only one I could get to the third chapter on was Tournament, which I've temporarily stopped (since September, and for a long time).
