When there's story 'games' like that one that was just a link pointing to someone's website, or the Awesome Game You Can't Miss game which I just didn't get at all, I think ratings of 1 should be reserved for things like that. A rating of 1 means to stay away, stay far, far away from it. It means the story game had no planning, no plot, no purpose. I've only ever found about three story games I could honestly rate a 1. The Tower II has some plot, and has some purpose in it, so it has to be more than a 1, regardless of whether you like it or not. Even if you hated it, Rommel, I have to agree with others that it still wouldn't make sense to rate it a 1.
I won't focus on just JJJ's game though - people, when leaving ratings on games, compare them to the worst game you've ever played. If the worst game you've ever played is a 1, then after establishing that, work out what the story you are reading must then be worth.
