Hi guys! I've been trying to decide how to give people my trophy, and I decided on this:
Only 'top' stories are in the running, so you must have a story that has a rating of 7 or 8 to get my trophy.
The story must have been rated at least 20 times. If it has a 7 or 8 but has less than 20 ratings, it doesn't count. (and rating yourself multiple times doesn't count, people! So don't try to cheat by giving yourself 20 8's, or you probably won't get the trophy!)
So there it is. In the interest of drawing attention to the 'top' stories on this website, feel free to post the titles of stories here that have more than 20 ratings, and a score of 7 or 8. Once an author has their story posted in this thread, I will give them the trophy! It also means we'll have a 'quick reference' page that shows the top stories on the site.
I know that some people have had stories with a 7 or 8 in the past, but that the ratings on those stories have dropped to 6 over time. Since I can't prove that a story had a 7 or 8 rating with 20 ratings in the past, I can't give trophies for those stories, sorry. (This happened to some of my own stories too, so I know what it's like) But any story at the moment, or from now on, that meets the criteria will get the author the robot trophy. If you don't have the trophy, make sure to post the title of your game on here, with how many ratings it has had, and what the rating score is, so that I'll see it. With the robot trophy, you'll be able to prove to your friends that you had a game in the Top Games List, even if the game's rating goes down to 6 or less at a later date.
If this thread gets old, and won't let you 'reply' to it to post your game, just send me a PM and I'll set up a new thread.
