If a story game was written in a rhyme scheme of some sorts, would it be pleasurable to read as opposed to a game written without any rhyme? I was thinking about a story written in a poem-per-page format, and got on to thinking about rhymes (even though poems don't necessarily rhyme all the time).

That would be cool. I've wanted to write a story with rhyme, but I can never think of any.
