I was wondering how many people have experience with writing a book rather than just stories, and if so to do's and not to do's for writing a book. That being said people who prefer to just read can offer there opinions as well, seeing as how the readers interest is prioritized. Thanks. I sincerely apologize for grammar mistakes or spelling mistakes. I don't care much for those unless I'm writing seriously. In addition to that, are having two main characters a good idea? Because I heard it would be difficult to balance the roles evenly without the story/plot deteriorating.

Edit: I see there are two versions of this thread, so I'll just post in the other one since since there are more replies there.

Could a mod delete this one and move the one in the lounge over here? I'm not sure why there were duplicates posted.
