Points. You can earn them. But how do you earn them? Well, this is a tutorial on how to earn some points.

First, you start as a reader with 15 points. These points are given to you when you start fresh by typing in your details and creating your account. To move away from that number, you can rate some games to score points. This is a contribution, it doesn't matter if you say it's a story that plunged back into the depths of the sewers or a masterpiece that is worth reading. It counts and you're helping the website.

But if you want to move away faster... You need to create them! Yes, that's right. Creating games can score you ten points if you publish them and do not leave them in the dirty backstage that's the unfinished status. Don't fear if your story is so bad, people turn to slightly more polished stories to rinse your story from their mind. You'll earn the points regardless!

Duels are a great and risky way to earn points. There's an entire article on it, so here's the basics: Select a member, select a duel, wager points, hit the duel button, hope you win the duel, and either win your wagered points or watch your points fade away because the person on the back is smart enough to know your move. There is no guarantee that your points will all go to you. And no, you may NOT duel your alts to cheat and win all of the points for yourself.

But what if you want to score the big bill? Well, that's where articles come in. Writing an article and sharing your knowledge gives you 50 points once your article gets accepted by the masters of the website and put in. To do this, make sure your article is decent enough and helpful. Don't deny the most basic things like grammar, punctuation, and capitalization, or else you'll most likely be rejected according to me. Read, read, read other articles so you know what a GOOD article looks like. And don't make it a bad piece of fiction, the help and info tab is not for that. So if you want to score lots of points, write an article and hope it gets accepted.

You don't want to score the big bill but you still want to try and write well? Look for commendation points. Each day, the first time you make a commendation, you get 3 points. That's great. To get commendations, write content worth reading instead of writing absolute trash that you'll most likely cringe at in the future and hope that the masters who know better accept you. You can be given points by the admins/masters.

In short, these are the basic ways of earning points that I know exist! Thanks for reading!
