Hi, I'm Silver. If I get back on anymore sites I used feverishly and autistically a year ago and see another cringy ass profile I made it isn't gonna go over well. That being said my younger self's ideas were ok so i might keep writing on here but let it be known the execution was shit. (Acting like I changed so much in a year I'm gonna hate this profile next year too there's no satisfaction in reality)
Current Goals:
- Read and rate every storygame on the site. (Yes, really.)
- Make a storygame with a rating above 3. (4 if I'm feeling optimistic.)

Mini content warning for the idiots:
Don't join a cult, you will not get anything good, it will be torture, and it's bad. If you think my story is telling you joining a cult is good, clearly you didn't pay any attention to what was really said by me.
Also body horror and gore is in there so proceed with caution if you hate that stuff.

Body horror maturity level? on 4/2/2025 9:08:37 AMI'm writing a story for Endmaster's prompt contest, and I'd like to include a bit of graphic body horror. I'm not sure what to place the maturity rating at because it's practically only that one scene, everything else is pretty tame, and I don't want people to think I have a big head about any of the rest of my writing being 'scary' even when I know it's not. So far I've come up with two solutions:
1. Do more graphic horror scenes to justify higher rating. Pros: I like writing graphic stuff. Cons: May intervene with the story's flow.
2. Cut the body horror scene out. Pros: Easy to rate for maturity. Cons: I really want to keep that scene, and it adds to the overall descent into insanity that my story is going for.
I figured veterans on the site may have a good idea on how to handle this, and I'd appreciate the help.
