It's been 3 year since the virus took root in the first people's minds. They began to crave human flesh and went rampaging through Chicago. Since the incubation period is around 2 hours, the virus was able to "hitch a ride" on humans traveling between cities. From there the virus got worse and worse. Most of the population was wiped out. Now the survivors have banded together to try to rebuild civilization.
