So Kyle is a moron and the player likes to go climbing with unsafe imbeciles, check.

The writing wasn't bad, but the story was definitely lacking for plot. Character description was the most egregious flaw that I took note of as I read, in regards to the writing. Seriously, a mirror description? The rest of your writing suggests you can do much better. The other character description was basically an info dump and had nothing to do with the story - like reading a laundry list.

This is pretty short, it's over in a few clicks no matter what you do and with no real variation till the end. It does seem like it had some effort put in though so not bad for a first game.

There were some punctuation errors and the like that showed this could've used more proofreading but the writing itself is definitely above average. There was a good amount of detail and some nice imagery and I never got the sense the author was rushing through the pages, it was just the actual plot that was lacking. I would've liked to have more than just a page devoted to the actual climb.
