You are a sixteen year old girl named Juliana Benks living in the midst of South Dakota woods. You belong to a family of wizards and sorceresses and you live in a complicated cave with your mother, father, sister, brothers, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas, and other people not in your family who are magical. One day, a spell gone wrong turns into an army of monsters that could take over the world. The safety of the world lands in the coven's hands and an old prophecy makes it clear you and three other people have to stop this army. With a pack of weapons and magic in your blood, you set out with your sister and two friends (in the other magical family) to stop Magic's revenge.
