Way too short to be a story, and I didn't know people could skip attending their own birth either.

You learn something new everyday!

Any way, I think you should take this down before the mods do and do some serious work. I'm talking plot, characters, arcs, themes, the whole nine yards if you want to truly write a good story.

I would also suggest taking a look at some of the featured stories and seeing what the standards people expect here.
