Player Comments on Exploding Alarm Clock - Sabotage!

This was certainly a nice prequel. Sure, you don’t have to read the other story first, but I would suggest that anyone who is considering this story should go ahead and read the other one, this one will make a lot more sense and be even funnier if you read that one first. You also won’t really know what you’re supposed to do unless you read the other one first.

That said, this is a nice little story. It illustrates a nice use of items. I like that there are options, though it is a little bit of a puzzle game: it’s not that there aren’t paths, but there is clearly one path that leads to a better ending (that takes a little to find). It is excellent that there are different endings, and I do like that you can at least attempt to use items whenever you want, even if they don’t always have the effects you might think they will have.

I also liked the way at least one of the ending tied into the other story! This is another nice little story that is good fun. This also has some good examples of how to use items and how to branch into different endings based on decisions made by the reader. Good job with this one!

It's actually pretty good. Short, yes, but I kinda like it.

Like most games, there are one or two grammatical mistakes, and the pages are quite short, but I think it was probably worth it.

But really, where did the 'lesbian' thing come from? that was a bit annoying.

Well... this is one of those games where you have no idea how the author came up with the idea. It's pretty funny, and I liked it. On my first try, I got ending three (the best, according to the story). If you're on this site because you are bored, than this story is for you.

That was more interesting than the first. (The first was good too)

Okay, so I just played the prequel, and now I've finished this one. I am not dissapointed! Its a lot like the first one and had me grinning. I like how you added the items, as well as the 4 endings, which I got all.

However, it wasn't as hard as the first one, because some of the answers were obvious to be the best ones. For example, if you could say a cat burgular, Britney Spears, or his girlfriend, the obvious choice would be the third. But still, it was fun.

i can't seen to get ending 3. but i left the house and i dropped the cup talking to the old lady. hee hee.

I definitely liked the pictures. Very creative, but the storyline itself was kind of bad. It took me a long time to figure out how to leave the apartment.

GREAT GAME 5/8

This one was fun too. I got ending 3. I see that you figured the adventure puzzles would be too easy, since we know how she did it from the sequel. Which is true, they were really easy. So you added in that whole "Convince" gameplay at the end, which I liked about the other one, and that was what really made this one fun.

Still pretty good, but it's only parody status now. This is what happens when you make a game too fast. Tell you what. When you're making the prequel to this prequel where it explains what happened between the guy and girl, try to make it longer and more involved. I don't know how this is a well spent lunch break. This and the original together might take a lunch break, maybe. Then again, I know nothing of what determines the length rating.

Not nearly as good as the other one but not too bad.
