I really enjoyed the setting and overall tone of this story. You did a good job with making this quite a spooky and thrilling experience, there was some horror movie cliches, but they were done well. So I guess you can say that they benefited this story in the long run, which had an interesting and fun plot.

This story does suffer from some issues with grammar, and odd sentences that sometimes ruin the immersion of this story. I think that many of these issues could've been rectified with better proofreading.

There's plenty here for fans of the horror genre to enjoy, with the many movie references and callbacks, while providing a spooky atmosphere throughout the story. One which was rather long, but enjoyable. I can appreciate the amount of effort that was put into making this a fun read.

I would recommend this game for all to play, as there's many choices that are in this and it really felt as if I was playing two storygames, rather one. Because each of the paths, the interstate and the valley, offered plenty of interesting dialogue and choices.

Even with the issues that I sometimes found with the grammar, I can see why this was previously featured, as there's really quite a bit here to enjoy with this storygame.

So overall, this is a strong storygame. Good job!

Not bad at all, you need to work on your paragraphing and proof-reading because that was really distracting, but this was a good effort. I highly suggest the use of the advanced editor as that would have improved this in a multitude of ways.

I liked the movie connections, but it seemed a bit disorganized. Under certain circumstances it's possible to loop forever. The stories are good in and out of themselves, but depending on how someone progresses they may not make sense.

Gave it a 4 for the effort, but do not recommend it.

This was a cool story. I don't really watch or read much horror so I didn't get a lot of the references.

I did enjoy the plot, though sometimes the story seemed to skip around a bit. I also noticed the fact that you used the honor system for picking stuff up instead of using items. I found a sentence from the story about waving to the man with only your middle finger outstretched amusing.

Got the quick and painless ending after kicking the eyeless cowboys ass.

All in all this seemed like a good story. The scenes flowed pretty well, and grammar and sentence structure seemed good. Can't say too much either way for character development/arcs because it isn't a story that really needs any of that.
I kind of like the carefree feel of it, just get on the road and see what kind of hell or horror awaits you.
I hope you keep writing and that we see more stuff from you.

Overall, I liked the story and appreciated the nostalgic movie references, but there are still a lot of typos and the grammar is in dire need of an overhaul. Some of the choices felt tacked on or seemed to come completely out of the blue, but it was still very enjoyable. Keep writing!

Very creative!! I never would have thought of something like this. I honestly think you should make another one with different movies :D Although I would say to proof read it better next time, and perhaps try to make it a /little/ less loopy. It really is great though--one of the few I will play repeatedly

a mishmash of horror movie references tied up in a bland story that has nothing to offer anyone who is looking for a good read. so disappointing

I do like how the different movies are identified at the endings. However it seems a bit too easy to get caught in loops and the writing could be more descriptive in some spots.

"With you grandfather". 8/8 on the second go. I tried Interstate 666 this time, and I have to say, that empty hotel / motel rooms creep me out. I don't know what I would have done if I saw that movie and connected. Oh god! When I finally interracted with the people, I felt less threttened, as silence is one of my worst fears. And, the trivia, I never got a choice right straight away. I had to back up and retry a lot. Good work! And for everyone reading this, you should definitely play this game!

I loved it. It was original, difficult(but, in a good way that just makes it so much better when you get the good ending), and it had all the good horror characters I remember from growing up :)

It was a wild ride like a action movie you watch feeling the excitement and danger well I've survived that. Thanks for this adventure

That was a quick story. Great for a single sitting, and I thought the plot was exciting.
I thought it could have been longer with the suspense more stretched, but it was enjoyable.

This was a great game. I played through it multiple times and I have a feeling there were still endings I missed! I think you should do this with an advanced editor like JJJ suggested because then the reader wouldn't have to remember what items they picked up.

I'm reminded of 'My Immortal.' Incoherent grab bag of recycled ideas with no real story of characters.

I've never seen dusk til' dawn before, but that was kind of a scary ending. The whole newspaper thing. Weird, I gotta keep playing this one, it's really good. Nice job!

Devil's Rain Ending. i love the story. the only nitpick i can make is, one page i didnt know the girls name, the next page i did. and when i didnt drink the whiskey i was automatically taken down the hallway. outside of that, great story telling and a good job over all.
