It was captivating, but unsatisfying. I need closure. Allot of it doesn't line up well, which plays to your advantage for a while, but gets old when its over and you still don't know what happened exactly. The whole truth mode was interesting, but left an empty after taste. Maybe I'm just being ignorant, or missed something. fair writing either way, and the effort was obvious. I would like to see more storygames from you.

the story was good the fact that the story was spammed with anime was... weird? most people woul have liked the anime but i personally okay with it.

This story is really beautiful. I feel as if this is something I can come back to and fall in love with it again every time I finish it. You certainly are talented at tugging at a reader's heart.

This is a really good story, but I wish we could get some kind of conclusion in everything except truth mode, and that we knew how Val gets out of her Valkyrie(original spelling) job to go back to Arthur, and that you could visit them in 'real life' and talk to them... basically, you made it too good, so I'm wishing that it was absolutely perfect or even better than that! only 7 though, endmaster's the only one who get's my eights for now.

This was the first CYS to ever make me cry. This is a great story that should get more credit for itself.

I think the characters were all fantastic, but I was left feeling a little...empty. The story was great, but it had a few too many confusing plot points that didn't seem to get answered for me. Regardless, the illustrations were amazing, and I hope to see a sequel, possibly answering some questions left unanswered in this installment!

Great writing style. My only suggestion is that you might take away all the "You:"s and "Val:"s and replacing them with "you say" or "Val says", just to make it sound more like the narrator is truly telling the story.

I thought it was quite good, if a little short. The only thing I would change is that "truth mode" is a little bit confusing; I would expand a bit. :)

I chose the name Valhalla because that's the name of the town where Val grew up, as well as the Viking for heaven for those who die in battle, I am aware that Valhalla is only for those who die in battle.
The game is pretty much based on the fact that they say someone 'wins a battle' against a terminal illness.
It's just a different take on it, I know it's not accurate.

Wtf was this? -.- As an odininist I really need to ask you, wtf did this have to do with valhalla? Only those who die in battle are taken to valhalla, and valhalla is basically a massive brawl/drinking session -.-

I rated this before, but I just wanted to come back and tell you that I bumped up my rating 2 notches for all the improvements that you did with this story. Very well done. I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you for continuing to work on it, and I truly look forward to any stories you may write in the future.

I liked it. The only thing keeping me from giving you an 10/10 is the length. Other than that it was great. Keep up the good work :)

interesting, and good. One complaint; the description should be ..."guided by a girl named 'Val', but be WARY" (not weary)...

I agree with BerkaZerka about how the paragraph spacing is rather jarring, but I'll point out that the game is rather interesting and kept my attention, unlike most new stories.

Nice story, most of the early choices don't really matter as far as I can tell though.

A very nice story, I'll give you that. However, I did find it more than just irritating to have to die every step that I make. Rather, I think this story would GREATLY improve if you had given more degrees of bad and good, or even re-define those terms for something else. Nice, but it needs quite a lot of fleshing out for an upgrade to the score.

Wow - the gaps between paragraphs are jarring! Clean it up a bit and I can rate it higher :)

An interesting riddle and a fun game. Next time though don't make so much space between sentences make it one space.
