Player Comments on Waiting for the (Trump) Train
A very thought provoking tale as to be expected from one that is a contest winner on this site.
I have received a variety of different endings so far, so I must say that it feels wonderful to know that my choices actually effected which outcome I received towards the conclusion of this piece.
There were some issues that I have seen with the grammar, and I must say that it gives a rushed impression, although the misspellings and issues of grammar were few and far between. The writing for the most part tells and depicts a story of hopelessness that made me feel for the protagonists plight when all was said and done.
Truly less was more in this case.
Bravo, WIBN, bravo. I am still wiping the tears from my eyes as I type out this comment. Thank you for creating this rather ambitious and heartwrenching tale. ^_^

Alright I just skimmed this cause no matter how much I focused I have no fucking idea in Trumps name happened here.Of course I got the occasional laugh as expected from a Trump parody but All I remember is 2 suns, 2 Trains, Homosexual Furrys and some other shit that has to do with even more shit.
I’m kinda wondering if it’s all symbolic and has a deeper meaning, since it’s all over the place. Was the train clash Hillary and trump?
Blue for Hillary’s costume and orange for Trumps hair?
We’re the 2 suns the massive controversy of the contenders?
Was the orange train winning against the pale train and killing people Trump?
If it is, it is a really weird way of expressing your views.
Then again if your views aren’t accepted widely your considered a ‘fanatic stupidist’ if that’s accepted as a word I made up.I honestly have no idea other than the guessing of this.I have tried keeping a 4/8 to make sure I dont make assumptions and make choices so I’ll try and keep it close to the same.
If you can tell me the answer I would really appreciate it.-Cheers from Mistery

Hahaha ok so I guess the Orange train is Trump and the pale one was Hillary? Well the beginning was kinda funny. You might have a hidden skill in comedy writing.

Nice, clean story. Straightforward, without any further meaning than just entertaining the reader. I did notice that you missed some rather obvious gender/species/sexuality choices, but I think the overall choicyness of your story was quite nice.
Also, as a European, my professional European opinion is indeed that Ireland (both north and south) is definitely worse than pretty much any other place on Earth.

I was confused by the choice to go with Ireland too. Or rather why specifically Northern. Both sides of Ireland are exactly the same, everyone knows that. (It's a lot like Asian cultures.)

Whilst I'm of course delighted to know that I'm here, I'm insulted by the absurd notion that Northern Ireland is worse than Trump's America. You had the whole fucking world to go from, and you picked a spot that has gone through some tensions, but is in the first world, is doing pretty well, and is more focused on Brexit than any nationalism. I mean, you might've well landed in Berlin, because there used to be Nazis there.
Fucking ignorant Americans, that's why you only had a choice between a pale train and a bright orange one.

Okay... This was extremely interesting. Noticed many flaws, but I'll start with the positives first. Well, uh.. Okay I can't think of anything positive. Moving on!
Okay, first of all, the total amount of words on each page was extremely disappointing, because it was only a sentence or two. It seems like you rushed with this story-game, and you published it for the points and the LOL's (which you are receiving none.) There were grammatical mistakes, and I am extremely disappointed in you for picking this specific topic. It's getting extremely old to be made fun of, and you should be more mature.
1/8.

What kind of parody is this? I counted 44 words on one page. FORTY FOUR. That's at least 41 too many. You also have a couple of places where the choices changed the outcome. I guess you hid them pretty well, but still it's just lazy parodying that they're there at al.
(Couple of legitimate typos: 'Remebember when things were better ' and "Stranger," you asks a to a pudgy boy')
Anyway I dearly hope this sticks around, I want it to be confusing people a few weeks / months from now when they no longer remember the source of the train theme, and possibly years later when all record of the [REDACTED] has thankfully been removed, erased, and forgotten.
