Do you know exactly how to insert video files?

I've got a quick question, can video files be inserted into the stories without it being an entire movie?

1. What are freeform and system-based games?

2. I am planning on writing a new story that isn't particularly mature and focuses on ridiculous and over-the-top actions/situations with excessive violence. Will it have any place here or is it doomed?
