Hello from yet another newbie on 8/6/2020 2:58:46 AMOh! You found an angel bear?
What would I need to do to make that my profile pic? I'm very interested.
When I first saw the post about grabbing a profile pic, I wasn't sure how to respond, since I wouldn't even begin to know how to look for my own profile pic or upload it to my profile.
I'm hoping Mizal will be willing or able to help me accomplish this as an angel bear pic would be perfect!
Note: I just finished my first official playthrough of a story. I am officially hooked. So much so that I both rated and commented. Very glad I joined.

I decided to start my journey here on CYS by reading a story called My Bestest Friend Jane.
So far I'm hooked. But I really needed to save progress and go to bed. I did find the button to save it, it was definitely labeled perfectly. I'll be ready to start back into it tomorrow after I've recharged my brain a little bit.
I made the mistake of reading a few players' comments about the story before reading the story itself, and finally I had to just stop that and just click the play button. It's an older story, but it's really good so far.

Hi Mizal
It'll be a while before I'm ready to jump into story writing. I want to get a feel for what's allowed here, what isn't, the basic dos and don'ts and what flies and what sinks. But I'm glad to know that it should be fairly accessible, and thank you for the welcome. I'm just about to get into reading my first story as an actual member and am very excited. By the way, I really hope there is a way to save my progress, because it's currently 4:09 in the morning and I'm getting a little drowsy.

Hello,
I've been thinking about joining this site for quite a while, and tonight finally decided to bite the bullet and do it.
While I consider myself much more of a reader than a writer, someday I would like to write my own project, and I decided this is the place to do it.
I'm curious to know, however, if it's possible for a visually impaired person using screenreader technology to write their own story. I've never done it before, never used a site like this to do it, though I see there is an option to do it. I'm only wondering how accessible is the process.
I look forward to reading and commenting and being a part of this community. Hopefully someday, if it's possible, I'll have my own story to contribute.
I'm not sure what all goes in a post of this nature, so I'll provide a tiny bit of background about myself. I'm from the USA, in Texas. I'm a 45-year-old married woman with a full time job as a medical language specialist...a glorified way to say I'm a medical transcriptionist/editor. I've been married to the same awesome man for the past 21 years. Plenty of ups and downs, yet we're still putting up with each other's nonsense, so someone is bound to be doing something right. :)
I enjoy reading all kinds of different things with an emphasis on horror and mystery/suspense...Especially in the genre of psychological thriller. Or at least that's what my audible.com library would have you believe. I can't wait to see what's available here on CYS.
Okay that's enough about me. I look forward to shooting the breeze with all of you and reading your offerings.
