Can someone explain R.P.S.? Like, what beats what?

Rock smashes Scissors into scrap
Scissors cut the Paper into confetti
Paper does something to rock Rock that somehow beats it.

Everything else is a complete mystery to me, lol

What's even the point of RPS?

It basically lets you duel with people, but they're weird things like air and fire and snake or something.

That seems a little pointless to me... meh. Whatever others feel like, I've only ever dueled to transfer points.

This is what I believe to be the real story of Rock Paper Scissors. 

The very basics (Rock, Paper, and Scissors) work the same (and there's a basic Rock Paper Scissors version which you can go to), but then you have the crazy things like Fire and Snake. One matchup I know is that Scissors cuts a man's hair, but I don't play much R.P.S. You can figure out matchups some yourself by risking points.

Avery_Moore made a thread a long time ago going into how she was beating all the noobs, it had good info that really could've been an article. But I unfortunately don't think I'd be able to find it at this point.
