Im not 100% percent sure this is a bug (maybe I just don't understand). But when I see my Duel stats on my profile it shows: 1 win / 1 lose. And I know for a fact that I've been in more duels than that. So again, not saying for sure this is a bug, or there's an explanation.
People don't always accept duels, and those duels don't count.
According to your points history, you've only won one duel, and that was pretty recently.
considering I see a lot of refunds, my guess is it's like beta said, most of your duels weren't accepted.
