Hey there. ZagHero here. I currently cannot log into my ZagHero account, but I can get on my alt accounts just fine. Have I been banned? Is there something I can do to fix this?

What do you mean by "can't" log on?  What happens when you try?

I enter my password, and it says that it's incorrect.

Did you forgot to turn off your caps? If not, you're likely banned.

Well, when I try to type in my password with Caps Lock on it tells me. So I'll try it again.

Sounds like you might just be entering your password wrong. Turning on Caps Lock wouldn't help, their point was if you had it on and the password was case sensitive, then using all caps would give you an error.

Or you might try just resetting the password and using a new one you're sure is right. I'm not even positive I remember mine for this site perfectly, since I never actually log out and so never have to log in.

You're 100% sure you're entering the right password? Why don't you type it out somewhere where you can see it, and the copy and paste the password into the input field?

So, have I been banned? And if yes, then may I ask why?

You'd be able to log in if you were banned; you just wouldn't stay logged in. It's something else.

Can a mod somehow "enter" your account?

I don't think the Mods would do anything like that.

No, like under permission of the person? Obviously they wouldn't invade your stuff. Or do they?

If you're really 100 percent, completely sure that you're typing in the right password, but it's not working, you could try the 'reset password' button. That might be a way to fix this, I hope.

Well, I can log onto this account only because I had it saved onto another computer at school. I'll still have to see if it works on my personal computer.
