On the Story Properties page. I've looked at this page so many times, I don't know how I never noticed it.

Editor Features Use the following link to modify the features, such as Advanced Variables and Adanced Items, avaiable to you in the editor.

Shouldn't that be 'only the author(s)', not 'the only author(s)'?

Yeah, I think that's a typo.

As a typographical error analyzer, that's definitely a typo.

To add to this, in the duels there is a typo.

"Enter the name cysid in the box. He's the site's mascott and is always up for a challenge."

That was copied and pasted from the dueling page. Mascot is spelled wrong.
