Not that I expect many people to ever encounter this one, but I was helping fix someone's formatting yesterday, and every time I saved an edit it would kick the story out of Sneak Peek.

It was an issue because some mortal peasant was also supposed to be proofreading around that time, and they kept losing access. (With no option for anyone but the author to turn Sneak Peek back on.)
