Commendation linking to the wrong story

So I noticed in my Commendations list that the link to You're a Lizard, Harry! instead leads to an unpublished story called You that's written by someone that hasn't been active since 2016. The same thing also happens when you go on the Architects Commendation list and use the link from there. I'm guessing it's an issue with the punctuation in You're a Lizard that's giving the system grief, just figured I would make a bug report on it in case this flavor of error happens to anyone else.

Yeah it's single quote in the not being translated properly.

Specifically it needs to run an htmlencode() on the link when they out put it. If you inspect the link you can see the error.

Quotation marks are now outlawed. I better not catch anyone using "them."

I thought that story wasn't commended?

EDIT: Yeah I clicked on it, it doesn't have a commendation.
