I have already talked about this and having a varible go up when you have a certain item in inventory.

Why not just have it take you to an intermediate page "You have used X ... " the RETURN TO PREVIOUS PAGE will change the variable ... ?

Or you could make it so that there is a pop-up on uses like that and it says, "You take a bite of of the apple.  It replenishes 4hp.

It would be cooler to have the pop-up. Hard to program though now that I think of it.

Havac are you making any games right now?  Have you played my latest series?  (Agent Renegade/Wong?)
