It's an unfortunate plague on this site, we receive a massive influx of horrid storygames every day and, other than the special "Forum cleansing" that 3J is running right now, we rarely receive an opportunity to get such storygames removed.

So I propose that any story which has consistently been rated 1 for a certain period of time (I think one week would be long enough) should be automatically unpublished. This way we can significantly lower the amount of trash that litters each category.

I'd prefer a 'report story' button which sends me and the other admins a message. That system would require too much finnicking with parameters to make sure that no good stories get removed and no bad ones remain.

Hmm, I think I maybe phrased that incorrectly. Not "Consistently rated one", but "Consistently preserves a rating of one".

Even so, it's possible that the community gets it wrong on a storygame. Perhaps a storygame is extremely controversial but not against the rules. I'd like to make sure that nothing gets accidentally removed.

Also what if I made 20 fake accounts and rated a game a 1 on each of them, even a great game would then be auto deleted.

I do like a 'report button' idea though

Seconded, 3J. (Or... fourth-ed, I guess, considering the other comments.) A report button would be fantastic.

Though a report button looks good.

And even a 2 rated should be removed IMHO.
